No 47-page RFP. No hourly billing, unless we agree on that beforehand.
First briefing guarantee: if your first ForestryBriefing doesn't deliver what the proposal promised, you don't pay. (Unwelcome findings count as delivered.) My job is to tell you what is true, not what you hoped.
